Happy Halloween Ghouls and Ghosts!
I've put together a super spooky workout for you. Click the exercise name for a video on how to do it!

Repeat 3-5 total rounds
Frankenstein Walks: 8 Each side
Spiderman Exercise: 8 on each side
Seesaw Shredder: 20 seconds
Deadlift: 8
Rising From the Grave (Straight Leg Sit Up): 8
Atomic Push Up: 8
Face Pull: 8
